It is with excitement that Custard announces the promotion of Dan Daniel to the position of President effective January 1, 2024.
Daniel came to Custard in June of 2019 as VP, Director of Property Services after a very successful career in the claims industry. With 28 years of claims management experience, Dan brought a lengthy track record of operational and business development success. Daniel’s expertise has been instrumental in the significant growth of Custard’s property business. His strategic vision and leadership have not only contributed to the company’s success but have also positioned Custard as a premier player in the property claims field.
In his most recent position as Executive VP, Daniel’s leadership responsibilities expanded beyond property to include various other areas of the Custard organization. While he has maintained a heavy focus on the rapidly expanding property business, Dan’s positive impact is apparent in many areas of Custard.
In his role as President, Dan will retain a connection to Custard’s property business while further broadening his management responsibilities to encompass comprehensive oversight of other company activities, including direct oversight of Riverwood TPA, Custard’s sales and marketing efforts, and certain sectors of Custard’s general field and desk claims handling offerings.
