Custard Announces Promotion of Tori Mills to VP, Director of Corporate Development/Hotline Services

Peachtree Corners, GA – September 1, 2020 – Custard Insurance Adjusters, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Tori Mills to VP, Director of Corporate Development/Hotline Services at our Corporate Headquarters office in Peachtree Corners, Georgia.

Mills joined Custard Insurance Adjusters, Inc. in 2002 as part of the Corporate Development team and quickly proved herself to possess many talents. Her successful path forward included promotions to the positions of Corporate Development Supervisor, Corporate Development Manager, Hotline Manager, and Director of Hotline Services before being promoted to her new current position.

As evidence of Mills’ talent for marketing and growth, our Hotline has consistently grown year after year. CIA’s Hotline client base grew from 20 customer accounts to currently serving over 90 client partners.  Along with that client growth, Mills increased her staff, beginning with a team of 12 Customer Service Representatives, to her current multi-level staff numbering at 61.

Recognized equally for her talent and leadership among both her peers as well as clients, Mills’ first appointment to an officer position came in 2014 as Assistant Vice President.  Continuing her passion for success, her recent appointment as VP further demonstrates her dedication and perseverance for the success of CIA.

Mills is a graduate of Valdosta State University and received Masters’ level course work at Georgia Southern University.
