Custard is very pleased to announce the promotion of Dale Thumann to the position of Executive VP, National Director of Transportation.
Dale has been with Custard since 2002 when Custard acquired his former employer, Carson Brooks. Over the past 20+ years, Dale has played a pivotal role in Custard’s success and has demonstrated exceptional leadership throughout his career.
Having held various management positions within Custard, most recently Senior VP Central Regional Manager, Dale has consistently promoted a commitment to excellence that our client partners have come to expect. His deep understanding of the Transportation industry will allow Custard to continue to enhance our services in this area going forward.
In his new role, Dale will be heading up the Transportation line of business, and Custard is confident that under his leadership the company will reach new heights. Custard was founded in 1962 on this line of business and has remained the premier loss-adjusting company in this field for many years. With an eye on the future, Dale’s strategic vision and industry expertise will guide our team towards continued success.
Dale will be tasked with overseeing the Transportation line of business nationwide, with a continued focus on refining our services to ensure our customers are receiving the highest quality work product in the industry. In addition to this new role, Dale will continue active management of Custard’s Central Region.
