Custard Holds First CAT Training Seminar

Atlanta, GA - March 31, 2006 - Custard Insurance Adjusters is pleased to announce the successful launch of its first Catastrophe Training Seminar which was held in Columbia, SC on March 27-28, 2006. The seminar was mandatory for adjusters with a desire to be added to Custard's list of adjusters eligible to work CAT claims during the 2006 season.

"Our entire CAT Manual, a comprehensive training guideline for CAT adjusters, was reviewed and revised in preparation for this seminar", stated Dave String, Custard's Director of Catastrophe Services.

Speakers from Custard Insurance Adjusters included Brian Shove, President, and Bob Soby, Executive V.P. who shared their vision of CIA's Catastrophe Operation.

The seminar was conducted by David String and Donny Reed of Custard's CAT Division and included such topics as Wind vs. Flood Damage, Commercial Roofs and their Applications, Standardized Reporting Requirements, and specific CIA customer requirements for a variety of Custard's primary customers.

Also present were representatives from Marshall & Swift/Boeckh (MSB) who were on hand to instruct and assist adjusters in their knowledge and use of IntegriClaim™, a property estimating software program to be exclusively used for CAT claims.

Executive V.P., Robert Soby commented, "There was a great deal of participation by all who attended which contributed to an increased understanding of the roles and responsibilities of CIA and the adjusters, and further appreciation of the needs of our clients. The meeting was an unqualified success."  Additional CAT Training Seminars are scheduled to be held prior to the beginning of this year's CAT season.
